Out of the closet

When one comes out of the woo closet, one must celebrate!

Thank you to those of you that were able to be on my LIVE video earlier today! It didn’t post after but it really felt great to do it. I hope that my story helped someone out there going through any part of what I have these past years.

You aren’t crazy. You aren’t broken. You don’t need fixed. There is a way to feel better… for good (without wine). You are freaking amazing. Yes, you are worth it! No you aren’t a failure. Yes, you can reinvent yourself! Yes, you can finally figure out why you keep doing the same shit over and over getting the same result… and how to finally change that shit.

YES YOU CAN REALLY DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO!!!

This photo basically sums up the experience for those that missed it. It has been a really tough few years with way more downs than ups and I want to let people know they aren’t alone (or crazy) in the way they are feeling and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

One freaking AMAZING light!! Holy sheez balls.

If anyone feels like it was something they need more info on then follow along here or on my social media because today was just the intro… the beginning, the start, the kick-off, the first step, the jump off of the cliff without looking to see what is below!

I’m changing direction starting NOW and will be going through all my ups and downs and whys and whens and hows in very great detail so we can all learn and grow from it. TOGETHER.
